  • Lee Chang-soo is a Korean ceramic artist whose work explores the interplay of lines to form abstract, asymmetrical compositions, often enriched with recurring eye and fish motifs that reflect his inner world. His distinctive visual language has earned him major recognition, including the Gold Prize at the 2010 Gyeonggi Ceramic Technical Competition, the Silver Prize at the 2007 World Ceramic Biennale, and multiple special prizes in national exhibitions. Lee’s practice has been featured internationally through solo and group exhibitions in Seoul, Kyoto, London, Paris, and Tokyo, including his most recent solo exhibition “Traces of Time” at Han Collection, highlighting the broad appeal of his innovative approach to contemporary ceramics.
