Risk and Damage During Transit

All items are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Once items have been shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for goods damaged during transit.

 

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been despatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns Under UK Consumer Law

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to return eligible goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are:

• Unused and in their original condition; and

• Returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
